Above the canoe, there is a four-pointed white star shaped pattern with bright blue in the black spaces below in between. Below the canoe, there is a semi-circle wave pattern and a row of four hemispherical shapes. Pencil inscription along the bottom edge reads 'A/P 1/10 Memorial Canoe J. David - 77'. The print is on a horizontally rectangular, yellow-white paper piece.
