Pair of black rubber sandals with tire tread soles. Two crisscrossing straps over the main part of the foot and a strap around the back of the heel. Top straps are fabric covered in rubber. Nails bind the straps to the soles.

Purchased in the Pisac Indian market. This is the most common type of shoe in this area. They are often repaired many times.
