No. 3 (from left), from an untitled series of Women Imitating a Daimyō Procession Item Number: 1326/6 from the MOA: University of British Columbia

Description

Slightly stooped female figure walking to the left side at an upward angle carrying a pole with a large black object tied with light yellow material. Both feet are at an upward angle to the left side. Her left arm and hand are extended outward to the left side. Has upswept hairdo with pins. Flowing light yellow coat does not show the blouse or vest because the figure's back is to the viewer, but the coat shows a bit of a plaid underskirt. The figure is wearing sandals. In the lower right corner is a row of written characters.
