Description

A hollow, bottle-shaped, brown wood whistle/horn that is circular in cross section with a neck tapering to a flat, beak-like mouthpiece. Bound with white string around near the middle.

History Of Use

Identified as the Tlha'sala whistle (Boas, 1895, fig. 196), or Tlha'sala horn, (Holm, 1972, p. 32).
