The whale has oval yallow eyes with an open red mouth that has yellow lips. The black whale is facing downward with a yellow tail curving upward and downward, a small yellow dorsal fin and yellow side fins. The eagle ? on top has semi-oval black eyes with a yellow head and a red beak, yellow claws at the bottom front, and a black body with red lined side wings. Nailed to a rectangular base. A small metal ring is attached near the top back through which a small white string is tied.
