Description

The tip is coiled with yellow-brown plant fibre, below which, there are the following: five sets of four small barbs; three sets of four increasingly longer barbs; and seven sets of four small barbs. The point is decorated with a deep red and brown grass sleeve with a horizontal zig zag pattern around a central diamond shape pattern and a carved band that is emphasized with white and that consists of two figures (each of which has eyes with a frown-like feature, and a double upward pointing nose). Deep red and brown plant fibre coiling are at either ends of the grass sleeve. The entire shaft is covered with a deep red and brown woven sleeve that has a similar design as above. The dark brown wood shaft is plain and tapers at the end.
