Description

A hollow, bottle-shaped, brown wood whistle/horn that is square in cross section with a neck tapering to a flat, beak-like mouthpiece. Bound with cedar bark around near the wider end.

History Of Use

Identified as Tlha'sala whistle (Boas, 1895, fig. 196), or Tlha'sala horn (Holm, 1972, p. 32).
