Modified file with textured surface on both sides. One end abruptly tapering to a long point with the tip bent upward.
Used when making silver boxes. Reid would take a straight edge and draw the scriber down to score a line where each of the three bent corners would be. He would then bend the corners along these lines.
Made by machining the narrow end of the file down to a point and bending this point out the of the plane of the file.
