Four beaded panels each consisting of a chevron design of red, blue, and white on a turquoise background and connected together by a string of blue beads. One end is looped while the other end has a white button.
History Of Use
Neck ornament; colours, pattern, button, and use of red ochre all point to a South Nguni origin (Xhosa, Mfengu, Mpondo, Mpondomise, Hlubi, Bhaca, Bomvana and Thembu peoples).
