Grey clay figure with traces of a pale yellow slip. Depicted is a head with an elongated forehead that has an oval shaped, flat hat on. The figure has large, thick lips and protruding nose and ears. The back is slightly concaved. Fragment of a larger object.

Series of fragments unearthed in Mexico. Duplicates were granted transportation to Canada in 1971. Collected by H. L. Patrick.
