Description

Dark grey clay figure with traces of an orange slip. Depicted is the head of an animal with a protruding ear, nose and open mouth. The eyes are incised with raised circles around each. The figure is looking up with the forehead leaning back; thick neck. The bottom is flat.

Narrative

Series of fragments unearthed in Mexico. Duplicates were granted transportation to Canada in 1971. Collected by H. L. Patrick.
