Description

Wooden figure of a raven in flight with its wings spread wide and its head and tail slightly lifted. The bottom of the wings are detailed with white U-forms and ovoids. The head is painted white with black and red detailing. The eye is and beak are incised.

History Of Use

Probably a theatrical device used during the winter ceremonies.

Narrative

Wings and tail were repaired and repainted by Doug Cranmer in 1970.
