Description

Grey clay figure, triangular in shape with traces of an orange slip. Depicted is a head with a flat forehead, incised eyebrows, eyes and earplug. The bottom half of the face extends upward and has a protruding nose and mouth. Only one plug, situated in the right ear. The back is concaved. Fragment of a larger object.

Narrative

Series of fragments unearthed in Mexico. Duplicates were granted transportation to Canada in 1971. Collected by H. L. Patrick.
