Description

Dark grey, clay figure with traces of an orange slip. Depicted is a male body with the lower half of his face, shoulders, chest, stomach and thighs. The figure has remnants of arm and leg bands and is also wearing earplugs. All of the detailing is incised. The legs are protruding. The mouth is open. The back appears to be molded? Fragment of a larger object.

Series of fragments unearthed in Mexico. Duplicates were granted transportation to Canada in 1971. Collected by H. L. Patrick.
