Part of a dog harnesss in the shape of an oval block with two drilled holes for the traces to pass through.
Part of a dog harness. Used to prevent the traces from tangling. The traces, usually made of strips of walrus hide, were attached to these and from them to the sled.
Collected by Glyndwr Abraham while working as an R.C.M.P. officer between July 1929 and July 1959.
