Description
Swamp grass-covered glass vase. Base: checker work and plain twined weave. Sides: wrapped twined weave with crossed warp openwork wicker weave. Two floral bands with red and purple flowers and green leaves in between openwork bands top and bottom.
Narrative
This basket is part of a collection acquired by Mrs. A. C. Whitley (c.1900) near the Fraser River, Agassiz, Ashcroft and Lytton.
