The puppet wears a long red tunic with a yellow belt at the waist and a matching neck ornament, both made out of paper. Matching pants cover the legs, and both pants and tunic are edged with gold. The puppet is controlled by strings attached to the upper back, sides of the head, thighs and hands. The arms are moveable at shoulders and elbow, and the legs at the hip and knee.
