Description

Mask of a bird face, with a jutting, pointed blue beak, pink mouth slightly open and red tongue peeking out. Eye holes are bored through the wood under the round pink and black pupils and a red comb sits between the eyes. The face is covered with painted feathers each in 3 shades of blue. A headdress surrounds the forehead, with a protruding carving of a small bird at centre just above the comb, and large decorated portions on the sides of the head. The inside of the mask is concave and unpainted with a gold sticker attached to the forehead area.
