Description

Terracotta human figure with a large, flat, square head with an oblong slit in the top leading into the object’s hollow centre. The facial features are slightly protruding and the eyes, brows and mouth are emphasized with paint. Rings sit at the ears. Arms are held akimbo and the chest projects slightly, with a hollowed out, painted ring at the centre. The legs separate, creating a hollow triangle that widens at the bottom. The back of the figure is flat and rounded. Pigment decorates the arms, legs, chest and back.
