Description

Silver shawl pin (tupu) in the shape of a spoon. In the concave bowl of the spoon is an engraving of a large round-headed flower with a long delicate stem and a large pointed leaf on each side at the midway point. The stem continues partway down the neck of the pin. Two small spoons with handles are attached to the pin on each side of the neck near the bottom of the central bowl. Each has a similar flower engraved. The handle of the right spoon has four neatly punctured and evenly spaced holes. From the bottom of the handle hangs a short chain. The pin is long and tapers toward a point at bottom.
