Carving Item Number: 2948/130 from the MOA: University of British Columbia

Description

Small, flat, wooden carving made from a single piece of wood. The surface has a slightly rough texture. One end of the carving is a circular shape and there is a central line incised on the surface around the circumference. A section of the circular portion is missing, possibly broken, so that it is open to the centre. The other end of the carving is narrower and elongated, a two-pronged shape with one prong curved and the other straight. A circular shape and two triangular shapes pointing toward each other are carved near the large circular end.
