Description
Painted jar with a narrow base, tapered sides, wide shoulders and a simple rim. The painted design has abstract and geometric shapes in black and brown on white slip.
Specific Techniques
When the quantity of oxygen is limited in the firing process (the reducing method) the resultant vessels have a gray or white colour.
