Bowl Item Number: 3065/1 from the MOA: University of British Columbia
Small circular bowl of pale green, thin, translucent jade. Rim flares out slightly, walls rounding through the body to a small round foot. Surface is polished to a high shine and is otherwise undecorated.
A bowl this large would rarely be seen before 1850. Not made for the imperial court; likely for the aristocracy or for export.
