Ornament Item Number: 3065/3 from the MOA: University of British Columbia
Small ornament made of jade, in mottled tan and dark brown. Object is rectangular in shape with a slight curve, flat and very thin. The top is lightly carved with curling linear shapes and circles. Edges are scalloped. Small holes have been punctured through the back and side edges, allowing thread to be passed through to attach piece to a garment.
Possibly a robe ornament?
The pin holes suggest this is a 20th century piece, using a 7-9th century motif.
