Description

Cribbage board formed from a section of walrus tusk. The holes are divided into rectangles of two rows of six holes by inset green and red plastic lines. There are twelve rectangles. At each end of the rectangles is a triangle outlined in red plastic divided into two smaller triangles with a drilled hole for a marker. On the surface of the board, inset in red plastic is '1951' and 'July' on the edges are small dots of alternating red and green plastic (seven on either side). At one end is a small slot for the markers with a cap of ivory. This cap has five plastic inset dots, four green and a centre dot which is red. This board has three wedge-shaped feet that fit into holes in the base of the board.
