Description
Alternate strips of red and golden coloured cedar bark. Strips are folded over on the top and secured with a row of twining. A lower row of twining extends halfway across the skirt. Long narrow strips of cedar bark - alternating red and light golden colours. A large white feather is tied to the cedar near the middle.
