From card: "This garment is worn around the neck and hangs down in front. it is beaded in its entirety, the designs being floral, the background is white with the exception of one panel which is of black cloth. At the bottom are green yarn tassels. Correct descriptions should be: People: Northeast Indians; Locality: Northeast Woodlands - W. Sturtevant Curator, N. A. Ethn. 4/85".
