Byzantine coin of Constantine IV, 668-685. Obverse: bust of Constantine IV, facing forwards; he holds a spear behind his back; there is a partial head behind him, as well as a cross or globus cruciger to the left, both of which are from a previous coin. Reverse: large ‘I’; to left, cross; to right, ‘K’; beneath, ‘CON’. This coin has been overstruck.
