Description

Ceramic tile, square. On a light grey background, tile has an image in maroon of a biblical scene in which the tower of Bable rises above the surrounding landscape. Reference “Genesis 11:V:2” is written along the bottom of the scene. Image is surrounded by a circular border, and ox-head motifs decorate the corners of the tile. Top surface is glazed and shiny; sides and bottom are undecorated.
