« Une large corne à poudre de Kiskissink est fermée au niveau de l’extrémité distale par une pièce de bois gravée de cercles et d’une croix et tenue en place par une paire de clous. À l’extrémité proximale se retrouve une cheville de bois entourée d’une pièce de tissu. La bandoulière est faite d’une pièce de feutre robuste de feutre bordée sur les deux côtés avec du tissu de coton. »

At the proximal end is a wooden plug wrapped in a piece of cloth. The strap is a piece of heavy wool felt edged on both sides with cotton cloth (fig. 21a). »
