« The collection contains two wooden net floats, both of which are intended for use with summer nets. Each is approximately circular in cross section and notched at one end (fig.3c-d). Floats were attached to the selvage line of the net with twine. Similar floats are described and illustrated for the Mistassini by Rogers (1967, p. 86, fig.49). »
