Description

Rectangular weaving dyed light brown and green in alternating horizontal strips, with large triangles of yellow and light orange emerging from the edges, and a pair of smaller tringles in light yellow or dark brown in the centre of each strip. Strips are separated by a thin line of light brown. Side borders are a mix of cream and green-brown. On the front, along the top edge is a strip of gold coloured cotton twill. Blue 'Salish Weaving' tag sewn to back.

Narrative

The weaving has a 'Salish Weaving' tag on it, from the Salish Weavers Guild, which operated out of Sardis between 1971-1985.
