Grey clay figure with an orange slip, consisting of a head wearing a hat detailed with incised eyes and protruding nose and mouth. The hat is triangular in shape with a slightly flared rim. The back is flat.

Series of fragments unearthed in Mexico. Duplicates were granted transportation to Canada in 1971. Collected by H. L. Patrick.
