Description

Decorated cardboard crown from a Luzbel devil costume. The crown has three crosses extending up from the band on both sides, and the front. The cardboard is decorated with crumpled gold and red foil paper, with strings of plastic beads - silver, red and royal blue, as well as shards of broken mirror. A plume of red and yellow-gold shiny garland is attached at the back of the crown, and bends forward over the head. Beneath, a short train composed of two pieces of black lace hang down. The interior is lined with silver foil paper.

History Of Use

Devil masks and costumes are performed during the Christmas pastorelas in Tocuaro, Mexico.
