Description

Man's shirt or huipil made of two panels of fabric (red and white stripes lengthwise with a single band of purple), joined together with stitching, with an opening for the head. The sides are tied together with twelve multicoloured tassels, tied near the bottom, centre, and again near the top leaving an armhole. The neck is lined with a light blue applique. Four stitched horizontal bands of colour decorate the lower portion - light blue, dark purple, red and dark green. The bottom edge has a short fringe.
