Necklace Item Number: 3395/5 from the MOA: University of British Columbia

Description

Necklace composed of various sized spherical beads thread on fibre with a threaded clasp. At centre, a large ball has two bands of twisted metal wrapped around its centre, flanked by bands of dots on either side. Around the hole on either side are five large dots, within a twisted metal band. Moving outwards from the central bead, the design is mirrored on both sides. There are two small plain beads, and then a medium-sized sphere with a solid band around the centre and small filigree crescent shapes around it. There are three more of these spheres, but smaller, on each side, separated with two small plain beads and a larger silver bead between, finishing with plain metal beads to the clasp.
