It is then outlined twice with bands of flowers and wavy lines. Between each section is a thin band of repeating V's in dark purple or orange with light green, dark pink and light purple. The panel is edged with orange and light yellow-orange ribbon. The panel is split in the centre to follow the V-neck of the garment. The neck is bordered by grey velvet on each side, and hemmed with orange. The interior is unlined except for silk(?) at the open neck, but edges and seams finished with black lace ribbon.
