Description

Standing wooden figure of a nude female. She has incised eyes above a pointed nose and pronounced lips; four silver-coloured teeth are embedded throughout her open mouth. Her circular ears are carved flat against her head and her hair is done in three elaborately carved braids across the top of her head, ending in a bun against the back of her neck. Her arms curve outward and are bent at the elbows; small triangular indent along the side of the hands, imitating thumbs. She has a flat stomach below pointed breasts; has pronounced buttocks, thighs and calves. Her feet are oval-shaped, acting as a base.
