Woven band (jakima) finished on one end in two braids sewn together to form a loop. The band is decorated with a taclla (foot plow) q’enqo (zigzag) motif in alternating red and cobalt blue zigzags against an off-white background, highlighted with dots in the same colours. The design is contained in a thin grey and green border along the top and bottom edges.

History Of Use

Specific Techniques

Done in a complementary warp weave.

Narrative
