Narrative

These works were given as a gift to the donor's mother, Amina Mirza, in Lahore in 2017, by the artist. The artist states: "A contemporary Arabic calligraphic style, which I have been practicing for many years and have been using it throughout my work, slowly improving it and modifying along the way. It borrows heavily from classic Thuluth."
