Ground adze; brown/green; chipped bit; bevelled edges; dent on ventral surface
Notes
bifacially ground and polished axe fashioned from cream coloured variagated nephrite; rectangular cross-section with squared lateral edges; lateral edges taper slightly from midpoint toward distal and proximal ends;widest and thickest part of tool just distal of midpoint; bit lightly bevelled on dorsal and ventral surfaces; proximal end slightly bevelled on dorsal surface
