ground polished axe blade, fashioned from black nephrite; excurvate distal end, bevelled on dorsal ventral surfaces (bevel more pronounced on dorsal surface); major (post-depositional?) edge damage; slightly excurvate lateral edges, tapering toward proximal end of tool; ground lightly bevelled; proximal end crushing battering; biconvex cross-section; heavy scratching on dorsal ventral surfaces
