ground polished adze frag, fashioned from light grey slate; slightly excurvate distal end, diagonal to long axis of tool; strong bevel on dorsal surface, slight bevel on ventral surface; straight lateral edge, tapering toward proximal end of tool; proximal end missing; one lateral edge ground, the other flaked damaged; rectangular cross-section with bevelled edges; staining on ventral surface and one lateral edge
