Spall Tool Item Number: 2021.O.002:002 from the Sto:lo Research & Resource Management Centre
Description
A medium sized Side-struck Spall Tool with some light grey smooth cortex on the dorsal face. The ventral face is a light grey with a thin linear mineral deposit, and a fine grain. The ventral face has some impact sites, compression ripples, and three flake ridges. Some use-wear present along the rounded distal edge, and a jagged thin pick-like proximal end.
