In the foreground, there are two male servants and a donkey near a plum tree. Six lines of poetry are written on the upper right corner in cursive style. The image has an orange-yellow border outlined with green at the top and at the bottom. The scroll has a plain cream-coloured silk backing outlined with black and pink paper. There is a semi-cylindrical rod at the top with a white string going through two holes. There is a cylindrical rod weight at the bottom covered with dark blue patterned fabric.
