Debitage Item Number: 2021.O.002:312 from the Sto:lo Research & Resource Management Centre
A small piece of chert debitage. The belonging is a medium grey with a very fine, almost smooth, grain. The dorsal face has a negative bulb, and the remnants of a large compression wave from the initial impact of the removal, with compression ripples extending length-wise. An impact site can be seen from the ventral face, with negative scarring and compression ripples. A few small flake arrises are also visible.
