Flake, secondary Item Number: 2023.O.007:06 from the Sto:lo Research & Resource Management Centre
A large secondary flake, it's thicker at the distal end before taper and thinning off at the proximal end. The belonging is a light grey with a beige tinge and has some light grey, smooth cortex present along the thicker end of the base. Some dark brown tiny spots along the proximal ventral surface. The presence of a striking platform with compression ripples, and some flake scars are present along the distal end of the dorsal surface. A bulb of percussion is also visible on the ventral surface.

Collected by Cyril Holbrow throughout his lifetime (1921-2021,) Found while living on his farming properties- he was a naturalist and knew the area very well. He donated his finds to the Clayburn Village Community Society.
