Carved rubber (natural latex) figure of a standing, bearded, man wearing a cap-like head covering and a knee breeches-like garment; figure has a moustache and holds a large staff in his right hand and a flat, rectangular object with protruding corners on his head with his left hand. Entire figure is coloured red, black, green and yellow, and is mounted on a circular rubber base with a black, carved border.
