A plain, orange-brown ladle with a deep bowl that has a rounded bottom and a circular abalone shell inlaid piece on the lower portion of the handle.
Narrative
Some items in this collection are thought to have been collected by E. H. Verney, circa 1862. (The seller, D.G. Young, mistakenly wrote in his letters to MOA that the EHV stood for EH Verity.)
