Description

A staff of wood, cleft up to 2/3 of its length to form tongs. Sharpened on handle end. Roughly carved - burnt in places.

History Of Use

Fire tongs; used to cook small fish. The tongs would be held at an angle above the fire by sticking it in the ground or holding it in place with rocks.
